Prayer for our projects.

Dear Heavenly Father,

 

You know that we have embarked on a prayer journey and we want to shake our neighborhood and our country.  Help our motives be pure.

 

 

Lord, please send missionaries to :

 

People living in the Appalachian Mountains

 

Veterans

 

Truckers

 

Those involved in prostitution

 

Victims of crime

 

Prisoners

 

Children and youth

 

Elderly

 

Gangs

 

Drug addicts, dealers, makers, pushers

 

The homeless and the poor

 

Disabled

 

Hate crime perpetrators and ignorant-minded people

 

Homosexuals

 

Native Americans and other ethnic populations

 

Victims of separation and divorce, especially those standing for the restoration of their marriages and salvation of their covenant spouses

 

The growing underground church in America

 

Our government and armed services

 

Our schools, especially the elimination and persecution of Christianity within the public schools

 

Police, firefighters and other EMS workers

 

College professors, especially those who teach anti Christian and radical thinking

 

Miners and other people in dangerous jobs?  Please send them as we join in prayer together.  I pray that many hearts are saved because of the work of the missionaries who want to reach these groups right here in the US.

 

Lord, I've been working on this prayer list and looking to you for the changes  that will happen in us, and through out our neighborhoods and land.  Lord, please help all these populations on our list.  Help us all to have a fire in us that is unquenchable.  Help us look to you when trouble comes to us.  I just declare right now, that "no weapon formed against us shall prosper."

These groups need your help today.  Show us best how to pray for them both on and off the list.

 

Lord, I thank you for giving me this idea and thank you for the people who will work together with me.  Thank you for helping us get out of our complacency.

 

IN Jesus' Name I pray, Amen.
